These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Clubs Poker website, mobile application, software, and services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in any games or tournaments, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access Clubs Poker.
Clubs Poker is a social casino and sweepstakes platform designed for entertainment purposes. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN ANY SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to verify your age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or termination of your account and the forfeiture of any virtual currency or prizes.
To participate in our games, you must register and maintain a valid Clubs Poker account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.
You are permitted to open only one (1) account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect that a user controls multiple accounts, we reserve the right to ban all associated accounts and void any virtual currency or sweepstakes entries contained therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You agree not to share your account or password with any third party. Clubs Poker will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify our customer support team immediately.
Clubs Poker operates using a dual virtual currency system consisting of "Gold Coins" and "Sweeps Coins." It is essential to understand the distinction between these two tokens:
All Sweeps Coins gameplay and redemptions are governed by our official Sweepstakes Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. You acknowledge that Sweeps Coins are not real money, do not accrue interest, and do not constitute property.
When you purchase Gold Coin packages on Clubs Poker, you are buying a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Gold Coins within the Platform for entertainment purposes.
All purchases of Gold Coin packages are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable. Due to the digital nature of the virtual currency, once a Gold Coin package is credited to your account, you cannot cancel the transaction or receive a refund, except in cases where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
If your account is suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms, you will lose all Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins remaining in your account, and no refund or compensation will be provided.
To redeem eligible Sweeps Coins for real-world prizes, you must successfully complete our verification process (often referred to as Know Your Customer, or KYC). This process requires you to provide valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address (such as a recent utility bill), and occasionally proof of the payment method used on your account.
Once verified, you may request a prize redemption. Minimum redemption limits apply and are outlined in the Sweepstakes Rules (e.g., a minimum of 50 or 100 eligible Sweeps Coins may be required for a cash prize redemption). Redemptions will generally be processed to the same payment method used to purchase Gold Coins, or via bank transfer to an account registered in your name.
You are solely responsible for any local, state, or federal taxes associated with your prize redemptions. Clubs Poker may issue tax forms (such as an IRS Form 1099) if your total redemptions exceed the reporting thresholds mandated by law.
Clubs Poker is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. By using the Platform, you agree that you will NOT engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and the forfeiture of all virtual currencies and pending prize redemptions. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and visual materials on the Clubs Poker Platform are the exclusive property of Clubs Poker or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express prior written consent.
Clubs Poker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, reliability, or flawless operation of the Platform. We do not guarantee that the software will be free of bugs, viruses, or network interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clubs Poker, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruptions to gameplay. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have spent on Gold Coin purchases within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Clubs Poker reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Clubs Poker is headquartered (as outlined in the official Sweepstakes rules), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any prize redemptions shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court. You and Clubs Poker agree to waive any right to a trial by jury and any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration provision survives the termination of these Terms.
